Where are the Jersey Kings located? 

We're based out of Miami, FL. 

What sizes are your jerseys?

All of our jerseys uses US sizing.

I ordered several items but received only one?

Sometimes we ship jerseys out in different packages to increase delivery efficiency for products we can pick and pack quicker. Please keep an eye out for both tracking codes in this case.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Standard free shipping has a ship time of 7 - 10 business day. Additionally your order can be expedited for $15. Expedited ship times are usually received within a few business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All major credit cards, Stripe, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay are all accepted payment methods.

Will I recieve a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your order ships! If it's been more than 48 hours since your order was placed and you still haven't received one, please email us at sales@thejerseykings.com.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, International shipping is offered at checkout.

Why do I have to pay a 10% GST tax if I'm getting a product delivered to Australia?
From 1 July 2018, an Australian goods and services tax (GST) of 10% will apply to each order valued at $1,000 or less, international sales are required by law to collect such GST and remit to Australian Taxation Office. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you created an account, you could log in to your account portal and request a cancellation. Alternatively, email sales@thejerseykings.com with your order number.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be emailed a tracking code as soon as it is uploaded. We will provide a tracking URL as well for real-time tracking.

 

How Can I Return a Product?

If you created an account, you could log in to your account portal and request a return within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, email sales@thejerseykings.com with your order number.

 

How do I make a claim for jersey protection insurance?

All of our products come with a 90 day protection claim. If your jersey doesn't fit Jersey Kings protocol standards, we'll replace it free of charge.
